Dispatchers also play a key role in coordinating the response of multiple police units to a single incident, which requires excellent communication and coordination skills.
Dispatchers are trained to handle emergency situations and are equipped with the knowledge and skills to calm and reassure callers in distress. They must also gather important information from callers, such as the nature of the emergency, the location of the incident, and any identifying information about the individuals involved.
Furthermore, dispatchers are responsible for prioritizing calls based on the severity of the situation, which can be a challenging task. They must be able to assess the urgency of each call and make quick decisions about which calls require immediate attention.

We strive to get every order on its way to you as fast as possible. For in stock items, this usually means orders will ship the same day they’re ordered. Holidays, weekends, and large rushes may cause slight delays.
Please be aware that some out of stock items may take several days for production.
Shipping Policy:
We ship using USPS and UPS. ReLEntless Defender does not control either entity and therefore is not responsible for any package(s) turned over to the shipping provider. ReLEntless Defender is not responsible for packages that are late, stolen, lost, or packages sent to the wrong address (due to customer entering error). The customer is responsible for filing all claims. ReLEntless Defender is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS, FedEx, and/or UPS.
