Production Policy
We know you’re excited to get your gear, and we’re just as excited to send it. For most in-stock items, we our tail off to ship the same day you order — because nobody likes waiting. That said, weekends, holidays, or an unexpected avalanche of orders (it happens!) might slow things down just a bit. If something you grabbed is out of stock or needs to be made just for you, it might take a few extra days. We’ll keep things moving and keep you in the loop.
Shipping Policy
We ship with USPS and UPS — the usual suspects. Once your package leaves our hands, it’s off on its own adventure. You’ll get a tracking number (or you can log into your account) so you can follow along like a proud parent.
Now, as much as we’d love to command the shipping universe (if we did, it would obviously be RELENTLESS), we don’t control what happens once your package is in the hands of USPS or UPS. If it gets delayed, misdelivered (especially if there was a typo in the shipping address), or vanishes into the shipping void — we feel your pain and we’ve got your back. While we can’t take official responsibility after handoff, we’ll help however we can — including pointing you in the right direction to file a claim and offering moral support while you yell at your mailbox.
