Where is my package?

Once your order is placed, it takes us around 1-2 business day to process and ship your order. When we ship out your package, an email will be sent to the email address that you provided when placing the order. Inside the email, you will find a clickable tracking number that will tell you the latest information regarding where your package is. Be sure to check your spam folder if you never got a confirmation email right when you placed your order with us.

How can I track my order?

We will send tracking information to the email address associated with your order once the item has shipped. Be sure to check your spam folder if you never got a confirmation email right when you place your order. 

Where do you ship?

We ship to the United States, Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico, the UK, and Australia at this time. 

Do y'all ship to APO/DPO/FPO addresses?

Hell yeah. Just make sure to APO/FPO/DPO for the city and AE/AP/etc as the state.

How do I return an item or receive a refund?

If you need to return something, please get in touch with customer service at for instructions. Be sure to include your order number in the subject line of your email. 

How do I get featured on the RDA socials and website?

After purchasing, you’ll receive a request to review your purchase.  You’ll get rewarded for included a photo with your order.  Additionally, we love to share those photos on our website and socials!  If you have any other photos you’d like to share, you don’t have to wait for a review request.  Just send them to info@relentlessdefender with SOCIAL SHARE in the subject line.  Be sure to let us know if you want to be tagged in the photo and include any @ information.

If I purchase a preorder item along with a in-stock item at the same time, when will my order ship?

We periodically sell pre-order items for fundraising.  If you put a pre-order item(s) in your cart with regular in-stock products, your entire order will hold until the pre-ordered item is ready.

If you require the regular items sooner, please place one order for the pre-order and a separate order for the regular items. 

How do I create an account?

Click the Login/Register button at the top right (desktop) or inside the hamburger menu (mobile).  Enter your email address and a strong password.

Having an account is helpful for tracking orders, reward points, etc.

How do the reward points work?

If you have an account on our website, every time you sign in and shop, you’ll earn points for every dollar you spend.  Then, on future orders, you can redeem your points to take $$ off your order.  Use them as fast as you earn them, or save them up. They’re yours! 💰

How does your sizing run?

Our shirts are a unisex athletic cut.  If you prefer a looser fit, be sure to order one size up.
